Specializing in auto repair since circa 2007, Jodi, driven by dreams and a knack for deciphering data through spreadsheets, seamlessly orchestrates the shop's flow. Beyond the garage, she savors strawberries, Milky Ways, and favorite eats at Judy’s on Cherry or Austin’s, all while dreaming of cruising the Chesapeake Bay. A leader in her community, Jodi, a former globetrotting army brat, dreams of embracing tiny house living and believes the best things in life are free. With a bucket list featuring Fiji, Israel, and parasailing, she finds joy in making lives better at Lee Myles.

Darren K. – Co-Owner

Meet Darren Knepper, our Co-Owner and automotive connoisseur! From his first ride, a 1989 Acura Integra, traded for a 1995 Toyota Tacoma, to cruising in a 2022 Toyota Tundra, his love for cars is unmistakable. Darren finds stability and appreciates hard work in the auto industry since circa 2007, specializing in making the shop flow seamlessly. When not at the shop, catch him indulging in cheesecake, chocolate cake with chocolate icing, or smoked meats. His dream destinations? Alaska, Germany, and Fiji. Described as time-sensitive, compassionate, and dependable, Darren's best way to spend a weekend? In front of a fire with his wife.

Brad Bauscher – Chief Operating Officer

Say hello to Brad Bauscher, our Chief Operating Officer and Jeep enthusiast! From a '97 Jeep Cherokee to zipping around in a 2019 Mini Cooper, he's all about sporty go-kart vibes. With 16 years in auto repair, Brad specializes in Jeep modifying and loves Oreos and his grandma's pineapple upside-down cake. Beach vacations and dinners at Longhorn Steakhouse are his favorites. Taryn Duncan – Marketing Director

Introducing Taryn Shillady-Duncan, our Marketing Director and auto aficionado by chance! Her first car, a '91 Saturn Twin Cam, met its end in a collision, leading (eventually) to her current ride, a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Taryn's passion for marketing and branding shines through her role, specializing in ideas for improvement. With a marketing journey since 2008, she's a yoga nut, music fanatic, and true crime junkie. Taryn, versatile, creative, and optimistic, dreams of traveling the continent in a camper with her family.

Sue Mosser – Admin + Bookkeeping

Meet Sue Mosser, our Admin + Bookkeeping extraordinaire! From a 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass to now cruising in a Toyota Camry, Sue's love for Toyota is undeniable. With six years in auto repair, her specialties include bookkeeping, admin work, and making new friends. With a wrench in hand since birth, thanks to an uncle who was a drag racer, Matt started his official auto repair career at 15, specializing in internal engine repair for 22 years. With a family involved in auto repair, Josue helped his uncles as a kid and specializes in Hondas with five years in auto repair.
